The reorder will depend on the product availability which you will know immediately at the time of reordering. Yes, we ask all our buyers to create an account with us. This account helps not only us but the buyer as well as they can check their order status, their order history, tracking details etc. Not only this, if you need to reorder any particular product then you can do so directly from your order history just by entering the required quantity and submitting your order. You just need to fill in your details once and you can place your orders regularly without being bothered again by giving your details.

We exchange the actual unaltered merchandise returned to us within 10 calendar days in the original packaging after you receive it. We do not accept returns on special/custom orders. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to effects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products due to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase.
